4.6I have been with Insight for over two years. It is a great company and the employees are very competent and success oriented. The team that I work with is dedicated to provide the best customer service to our internal clients.
Having said that, I find that I am not being used to my potential and spend most of my time finding busy work to do. I am accustomed to working in a fast paced organization and having multiple projects. I have requested a larger role a few times. and have received a positive response. However, nothing changes. I am bored and I'd like more responsibility and be used to my potential.
4.5I started working for a company called Software Spectrum in 2005 with the company being bought out by Insight soon after. I thought Insight was pretty fair but my experience resided mainly with the majority of people from the original company. I enjoyed my time there and would have loved to have stayed on in another position. Circumstances kept me from that but I would work there again.
4Insight overall has been a great experience. I've had a pretty successful run. My current role is a sales acquisition role which I've turned quite a few companies into buying accounts. Part of my success can be attributed to my data center knowledge and technical background along with my natural people skills.
