"I've worked at the IOA since August of 2018. It is an organization that provides support and educational services for the aging population. I think that the companies mission is fantastic but I do question the execution and management of this organization. I fell like they have great ideas and wonderful people supporting each program but there is a lot of disorganization. Overall, my experience within my own department has been good but even my department has seen the repercussions of mismanagement, which is unfortunate. The best part of working for the IOA is proving support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met."
