What do you like about working at International Facility Management Association?

"IFMA is an organization in the process of bringing all accounting functions in-house after out-sourcing these functions for many years. The project draws upon my financial reporting experience, experience with accounting software conversions as well as establishing and streamlining processes and procedures for all facets of accounting."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Personal initiation, reliance and methods for developing innovate processes are required for success with the existing corporate culture."

What don't you like about working at International Facility Management Association?

"IFMA is the the position of recovering from a period of years of neglect in staying abreast of technological and philosophical changes as the environment has become very fast paced and global. The environment is an uphill climb with often inadequate resources available to reach the desired goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communication is during any time of transition be it periods of rapid growth, solidifying current business or renewing out dated practices. Management needs to communicate company culture and goals during periods of transition as well as draw upon the experience of employees with hands on experience in establish aggressive yet realistic goals."
