IQ Solutions has been around for almost 25 years and focuses on innovative health education and communications supported by evidence-based research, public health theory, and advanced information technology. The company offers a great work/life balance as most employees work one or two days from home each week. My supervisor is wonderful and pushes me to expand on my skill set and education. I find that those who are self-motivated and driven often succeed at IQ Solutions. IQ Solutions understands the value of retaining happy employees and offers a ton of employee engagement events. Some of my most favorite times at IQ Solutions have been at the company-sponsored events such as the free fitness classes, paint night and cultural celebrations.
