"Iron hill offers a product that stands out amidst its saturated and still growing market. Their beer, food, and service are exceptional and is evident so through their success as a company. No company is without fault, however. A lack of competitive compensation coupled with very high standards and expectations has driven talent away from the organization in increasingly large numbers. With an increasing sense of corporatization that alienates the retail division from the passion of the craft, and a lack of organization/structure from the top down its clear Iron Hill will have some difficult challenges ahead of them. It is also because of this that I will not be there to tackle those challenges moving forward."
