"Islands went from being a sole proprietorship, to a corporate controlled entity, back to a sole proprietorship. These shifts created conflicting systems that stifled and hindered growth."

"Managment should take more interest and involvment with home office philosophies, policies, and procedures, so that they may better understand and improve their existing roles."
