"Though the work environment is relaxed, the general look of the business does not garner immediate respect of the business. The pay structure of the sales department (salary and commission) removes almost any gusto to try and find sales and improve customer relations. The computer system has been patched and fixed so many times in so many quick fix manors that it doesn't allow for fast and efficient work for anyone in the art department. Lots of potential, all wasted by management."
