"I worked for the Jackson County Expo for 3 years. It's a small group of the office staff of 5 people. We hire lots of temporary workers throughout the year. There is poor communication and chain of command as a Lead Grounds Worker I was assign tasks and other staff secretary and marketing would change work tasks without informing me or asking me to create confusion for temporary workers who their immediate supervisor is? These comments were made by 90% of the temporary workers. This none communication and keeping information from me cause a lot of rework and additional cost for the Expo."
