"I liked it the first two years fine, I made some good money and got to be AE of the Year , Year 3 was awful after they moved me to sell into a dying industry."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire people only to work for industries that are upwardly mobile. Not into dying industries like the printing industry when computers were taking over the printing industry."
