Haugland Group has an immediate need for an experienced front desk coordinator with strong organizational and time-management skills. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to adhere to direction. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and hospitality experience.


Key Functions:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests
  • Answering telephone calls and taking detailed messages; transferring calls to appropriate person/department; and being able to multi-task numerous calls at once
  • Photocopying, faxing, and filing documents
  • Sorting and delivering mail/packages and creating FedEx/USPS labels for various departments
  • Input incoming checks into check log
  • Receive verification of employment forms for current and past employees
  • Monitoring the maintenance of internal databases and filing systems
  • Draft various documents as necessary for internal departments
  • Assist Front Desk Manager with various tasks when needed
  • Complete ad hoc projects when directed, and other duties as assigned


Desired Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and work independently to accomplish assigned tasks prior to deadlines
  • Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to identify problems and use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives
  • Effective communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic


Compensation range is 45-50k
