This direct hire position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Atlanta, GA. Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be the primary leader for construction projects, providing leadership and serving as a liaison between project team members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, coordinating, implementing, and managing all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Leading and collaborating on pre-construction RFP packages.
  • Developing and managing the budget and resource allocation for all projects.
  • Ensuring that all project documentation is filed and current.
  • Conducting project meetings, including critical milestones and monthly client reports.
  • Establishing job processes, approving pay applications, and negotiating subcontractor change orders.
  • Generating project scheduling, ensuring project control and overall project logistics are addressed.
  • Identifying and resolving potential obstacles or risks to the project, and providing timely communication to all involved.
  • Managing the closeout process to ensure timely occupancy.
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships to stay current on potential needs and opportunities for continued partnerships.
  • Supervising all team roles assigned to the project, collaborating with the site superintendent to address any concerns related to the job site operations.
  • Performing related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.


Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and working with a general contractor.
  • Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership in decision-making and establishing and maintaining relationships.
  • Mastery in reading, interpreting, and updating construction-related drawings for projects.
  • Ability to organize necessary resources (people, tools, time, budget) to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Proficiency in project-specific software: ProCore, Bluebeam, Adobe, CMiC, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret data and information and communicate insights and actions needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations.
  • Previous experience on commercial job sites.

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
