The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and support functions for the DePere Maintenance Department and Maintenance Team Members.

Requirements

  1. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an administrative support or related position.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong typing and data entry skills.
  6. Prior experience with JD Edwards, Reports Now, Viziya, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and ADP preferred.
  7. Professional, positive and approachable with the ability to work with a variety of team members.
  8. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  9. Strong process and systems orientation with the ability to master various software programs.
  10. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  11. Highly organized, strong analytical skills and an excellent sense of judgment.
  12. Team player able to effectively collaborate with others.
  13. Stays calm under pressure in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Facilitates resource sharing between Maintenance Teams.
  2. Performs a variety of administrative support, including but not limited to: compiling outage packets, updating materials, posting schedules, preparing documents and reports, filing, coordinating maintenance events, etc.
  3. Acts as the primary contact for hourly maintenance team members for scheduling, timekeeping, ADP and vacation assistance.
  4. Performs daily time entry processing for all hourly maintenance team members.
  5. Updates and maintains Maintenance SharePoint website.
  6. Schedules work, vacation and outages for all hourly maintenance team members.
  7. Utilizes ADP to administer scheduling and managing vacation requests.
  8. Provides support to the engineering and Storeroom/Parts Receiving departments.
  9. Provides support for all JD Edwards functionality and acts as a subject matter expert.
  10. Executes various ISO and food safety audits throughout the mill.
  11. Participates in mill safety programs.
