Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and catering services - Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cash handling, and customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in computer software applications related to restaurant management Skills: - Interviewing: Ability to conduct effective interviews to hire qualified staff members. - Cash handling: Proficiency in managing cash transactions accurately and securely. - Restaurant: Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation. - Banquet: Experience in planning and executing banquet events. - Food preparation: Ability to oversee food preparation processes to ensure high-quality standards. - Supervising: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and supervise staff members. - Food production: Knowledge of food production processes and ability to maintain quality standards. - Hospitality management: Understanding of hospitality industry practices and ability to provide excellent customer service. - Hospitality: Commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. - Catering: Experience in planning and executing catering services for events.
