In this role you will:
In this crucial position, you'll be overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients, leveraging your expertise to improve and increase business impact.
You'll maintain a consumer-focused outlook, ensuring our projects and services are delivered to market efficiently and effectively, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Your strategic thinking will shine as you develop policies and procedures that enhance our products and services, always keeping the focus on our external customers and their needs.
Your visionary skills will be put to the test as you create the overall technical vision for the organization and its clients, building a crucial bridge between complex business problems and innovative technology solutions.
Your collaboration skills will be crucial as you work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Account Management to present tailored solutions to critical accounts, ensuring our technological offerings align perfectly with client needs.
Your financial acumen will be key as you manage a technology budget and suggest strategic investments to align the company with its vision for technological needs.
Your communication skills will be at the forefront as you interact with professionals, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately and effectively.
Your industry insights will drive company strategy as you provide market perspectives, ensuring our offerings remain competitive in a complex and evolving technical landscape.
What you bring to the table:
At least 10 years of experience working in a technological role, with proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership position. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
Experience in the IT/nearshoring industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technological strategies.
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and their potential applications in business.
Experience in managing large-scale technology projects and budgets.
Advanced level of English.
Desirable qualifications:
Recent exposure to AI and ML projects and technologies.
Experience speaking at conferences demonstrating thought leadership in the tech industry.
