The Position

Research and analyze industry policies, propose favorable policy recommendations for the business, and
coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate implementation.

Implementation: Collaborate with the Central Market Department to promote policy projects, ensuring that
policies are implemented effectively and achieve the desired outcomes. Gain an in-depth understanding of
business needs, develop implementation plans, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure
the smooth execution of projects.
独立设计并执行对应的市场项目和工作：负责院内院外相关项目的规划、执行和监控，确保项目按时交付并
达到预期目标。与跨部门团队合作，制定项目路线图，监督项目进度，及时调整项目方向以适应市场变化。
Independently Design and Execution of Market Projects: responsible for the planning, execution, and
monitoring of relevant projects both inside and outside the hospital, ensuring that projects are delivered on
time and meet expected goals. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop project roadmaps,
supervise project progress, and timely adjust project directions to adapt to market changes.
