The Global Marketing Communications Manager will be instrumental in the development and implementation of branding and direct marketing campaigns. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the Product and Commercial teams by guiding demand generation efforts, developing content, and creating sales collateral for a highly technical, B2B business. The ideal candidate will be well versed in advertising, digital marketing, marketing analytics and event planning on a global scale. Detailed Primary Responsibilities:
- Build annual, quarterly and monthly campaign plans including, goal setting, results tracking, budget requirements and resource demands.
- Select and maintain tools in the marketing technology stack including marketing automation, campaign analytics, websites, landing pages and CRM lists through internal and external technical support teams.
- Plan and coordinate live and virtual events around the globe in collaboration with regional commercial teams.
- Lead content marketing efforts with internal and external technical thought leaders through blogs, social media, videos and industry-specific media channels.
- Lead annual and quarterly campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions with cross- functional teams to generate campaign themes, personas and content ideas.
- Curate marketing assets for the sales team, promote their availability and update as needed.
- Ensure consistency in brand image and messaging across all internal and external communications.
- Manage execution through external marketing firms, media partners, industry thought leaders including selection of optimal partnerships
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Marketing, Product Management and/or Communications roles.
- Cross-functional project planning and management experience is required. Agile marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Marketing is highly desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience executing promotional campaigns in regions outside of North America is highly desired.
- Certificates demonstrating continuous learning and expertise are preferred.
- Travel required up to 15% domestic and international - must have and maintain a passport.
- Hybrid work schedule with minimum 3 days per week in office.
- Participation in video and teleconferences that may occur earlier or later than normal working hours.
