Role/Responsibilities
- Serve as Senior Technical Delivery Lead and lead scrum teams on mid to large initiatives independently, interact with senior partners (MD/SVP) with product design, delivery.
- Partner with the Data Management and Analytics Teams to fill gaps on analysis and documentation and to ensure technology solutions adhere to data quality requirements and meet partner reporting objectives.
- Collaborate with product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective cross-project communication and issue/risk management.
- Align with Product Analyst and Product Manager to define and deliver roadmap.
- Preform dimensional fit / gap analysis between current and future state technology to support acquisition programs and evaluate vendor solutions.
- Develop data flow diagrams for integrations to reporting, finance and Billing applications that will support the technical design and build processes.
- Collaborate with solution integrators and external consultants on technology projects throughout the duration of an implementation by reviewing and guiding on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with subject matter experts and testing new functionality.
- Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system/software.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.
- Transition all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams.
- Mentorship to Associate / Analyst on career progression.
Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ total years’ experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO )
- 1+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Expert knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum and deep technical competence
- History in developing and mentoring junior colleagues
- Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
- Demonstrated an ability to significantly improve technical or methodology processes
- Experience identifying risk items and raising accordingly
- Routinely makes decisions in the gray (needs direction and some details)
- Routinely influences without authority across multiple disciplines
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$116,400]] - [[$168,900]], depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
