Job Description

As part of the Applied Behavioral Intervention Services division at the MU Thompson Center, this position will
provide direct individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) and their families.
* Follow intervention plans developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
* Work directly with children providing structured and naturalistic teaching opportunities.
* Assist with educating families and caregivers regarding the specific strategies being used in therapy and
helping families implement the strategies

Shift

Hours and days may vary Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.

One year experience in health management or program administration is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Two to three years of experience relevant to the health program is required. Two-year college or technical may be required as
determined by the department. Special certification may be required as determined by the department.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary $16.00

Grade: PAT 3A
