Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Project Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ISRM Product and Service Content Owners, Content Modernization Analysts, Cyber Hub Product Owner, and technical team members on tasks
- Track content management modernization progress across all identified ISRM SharePoint Sites
- Develop and maintain overall high-level project plan
- Update Kanban card status weekly
- Attendance in meetings and note taking
- Participate in other areas of the Cyberhub program (SP Site design and Chatbot design) for overall status awareness and note taking
- Manage other program activities as they arise
- Prepare a weekly tracker and report for updates to the management team of all efforts
- Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of efforts
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed to support the Product Owner
- Provide support to all Cyberhub team members, as needed
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, prioritization, time-management skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a professional, positive, and approachable demeanor in working and effectively communicating with a diverse group of people
- Exercise discretion, judgment, tact, and poise in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
