We are a growing web/phone based app business to promote success for dance studios, instructors, dances, and dance parents. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a proven track record in sales.

Account Executive Qualifications And Responsibilities

• Confident using computer applications and managing a full pipeline of client prospects
• Trusted advocate for dance studios, focused on their best interests and successfully engaging with studio owners
• 3+ years of proven business growth experience
• Driven, ambitious, and committed to high standards of excellence
• Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and work effectively under time constraints
• Excellent communication, computer, and interpersonal skills, with a competitive spirit
• Creative, flexible, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation
• Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation and financially prepared for the business ramp-up period
