Job Summary:
The Part-Time Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role involves collaborating with various departments, assisting with HR compliance, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate channels.
* Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
* Assist in maintaining attendance and payroll records.
* Prepare HR reports as needed by management.
* Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
* Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
Skills:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferred).
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
