We are looking for a responsible Front-End Manager to undertake a variety of managerial tasks in collaboration with or in the absence of a higher-level manager. You will assist upper management in incorporating strategy and ensuring the store meets its goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business mindset and leadership capabilities. They must have excellent organizational skills and aptitude in problem-solving. Since you will be acting as a point of contact between employees and Store Operator, solid interpersonal and mediation skills will be very useful.

The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy on a daily basis
- Set employee goals and objectives
- Delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives
- Train staff to maximize potential
- Monitor and assist staff with work progress
- Establish and maintain controls
This position is full-time or part-time with comparable pay.
Full-time positions include full benefits, paid time off, and a 401k plan.
Management experience is preferred, but not required.
