Responsibilities:
Study towards obtaining required FINRA and resident state licenses during the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase.
Part-time employment as a CDP Contract Associate upon successful completion of the Pre-Contract Affiliate phase
Transition to full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) role after successful completion of the CDP Contract Associate phase
Expectations:
Continual learning and development in the field of financial planning
Building and maintaining client relationships
Providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions
Day-to-day activities:
Conducting financial analysis and creating customized plans
Presenting recommendations to clients
* Monitoring and managing client portfolios
Compensation Structure:
* Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate Phase:
* Company covers costs of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors
* CDP Contract Associate Phase (Part-Time):
* Initial compensation: $15/hour (or applicable minimum wage if higher)
* Full-Time Financial Professional Associate (FPA):
* Paid solely on a commission and bonus basis
* Average compensation ranging from $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions and bonuses in the first full year
* Additional Benefits (subject to terms and conditions):
* Eligibility for enrolling in a 401(k) plan
* Participation in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the FPA and eligible dependents
* Potential eligibility for paid leave
