We're looking for a dynamic Human Resources Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join our client's team and play a key role in driving seamless integration and transformation across their organization.

As Human Resources Mergers & Acquisitions Associate, you'll be at the forefront of their integration initiatives, blending your HR acumen with data-driven insights to elevate M&A processes. From mapping workflows to managing timelines, this role is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on every aspect of our client's HR integrations.

Human Resources Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Responsibilities:

  • Create clear and actionable process maps using Microsoft Visio, ensuring workflows and organizational structures are documented before and after integration
  • Perform thorough gap analyses, identifying and addressing operational, structural and cultural differences to support successful M&A outcomes
  • Drive integration plans using Microsoft Project, aligning timelines, deliverables and resources with strategic objectives
  • Play an active role in HR due diligence, assessing strengths and improvement areas within acquired teams
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to implement change management strategies that support a smooth transition for employees
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure HR integration aligns with overall M&A goals
  • Track and report on integration progress, surfacing insights that help navigate potential challenges
Human Resources Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years in HR with a focus on M&A, process improvement or organizational integration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and Microsoft Project for integration management
  • Strong analytical skills for gap analysis, and excellent communication skills for collaboration and alignment with diverse teams
