Project Description
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of our Pricing Domain ecosystem. This role will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of pricing solutions that support our competitive edge in the automotive parts industry.

- Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Reporting and analytics tools
- Collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Familiarity with Java, Spring, and GCP technologies used in the pricing system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in software development
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
- Experience with KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
- Proven track record in process setup and value stream optimization
- Strong risk and issue management capabilities
- Good understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices
- Mandatory work from Customer HQ in Atlanta five days a week (can be negotiated to four in future)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of pricing domain projects and initiatives
- Implement and optimize Agile methodologies across teams
- Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure project and team performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports for various stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on deliverables
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure adherence to software engineering best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the pricing domain ecosystem
