This posting is for a temporary, project-based position.
- Planning health and safety program and protocols
- Teaching supervisors, managers and other leaders in the company about health and safety standards
- Presenting safety training sessions to the company
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, federal and state regulations
- Handling risk assessments to gather information on safety issues
- Verifying that employees consistently follow safety protocols
- Verifying that all machinery, supplies, tools, and other worksite features are compliant with all safety protocols
- Analyzing health and safety data
- Reviewing and recommending changes to regular activities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of dedicated safety inspection/coordination experience in an industrial setting
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification
