Claims Record Unit (CRU) is a division of LexisNexis Risk Solutions, which is the industry leader of procuring Law Enforcement records nationwide. Insurance carriers use these records to aide in the adjudication of claims. We process 8 million requests annually and foster business relationships with agencies to streamline and improve processes.

About the team:

Our teams are located in Duluth, Ga. and the Philippines. CRU is the single point of contact for our customers and utilizes multiple resources and platforms across the U.S, Canada, and P.R.

About the Role:

This position is part of the Photo team responsible for following up on requests and issues from our insurance company customers where the law enforcement agency needs to be contacted and/or researched. The role will be in office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling areas that require initial contact before our request for photos can be sent.
  • Regular calls to police departments and processing photos received are a primary responsibility.
  • Ordering and sending photographs related to police reports.
  • Reviewing sometimes graphic images related to auto accidents.
  • Assisting the mail room with received mail.
  • Creating labels via UPS.
  • Copying digital photos to disc.
  • Utilize Siebel for photo follow up.
Requirements:
  • Required: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • In office Monday-Friday.
  • Required: Able to meet production metrics.
  • Highly organized and works well in team environment.
  • Experience in criminal justice, insurance claims, call center and/or police departments a plus.
