Strategic Impact Group is honored to partner with Weston County Health Services (WCHS) in Newcastle, WY to identify a Chief Financial Officer.
Simply stated, the CFO will be charged to continue the rebuild of the health district's basic "financial functions," including but certainly not limited to 1) building a credible revenue cycle function, 2) educating department leaders on budget (P&L) management and financial acumen, and 3) developing clear and concise financial reports and packets for the Board of Trustees. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and may be expanded to lead non-financial related departments as well as the classic financial functions. The organization currently has a very capable and experienced interim CFO, and you will take the transformation “handoff” from him.

Rural Health experience, specifically in a Critical Access Hospital setting, is strongly PREFERRED. We are planning for the new CFO to assume responsibilities in 2-4 months (Nov to Jan timeframe).
