About Us: Join Alpenglow Women's Health, an independently owned business dedicated to providing exceptional women-centered gynecologic and reproductive healthcare. With a team of 2 OB/GYNs and 3 CNMs, we aim to empower women across their lifespan, providing a high standard of care within a framework of shared decision-making. Alpenglow offers a full spectrum of women’s health care, including obstetrics, gynecologic/surgical services, and referrals to local sub-specialists when indicated.
What You'll Do:
- Work 3.5 days per week in the office.
- Manage a robust surgical volume with dedicated weekly OR block time (0.5d/week).
- See an average of 10-12 patients daily in the office with time for acute visits.
- Provide 1:6 hospital call coverage (home call) and deliver/operate at a single community hospital.
- Access to local surgery centers also available, with potential for physician buy-in.
Position Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Current state medical license and unrestricted Federal DEA License
- BC/BE with the ability to perform all aspects of obstetrics, gynecology, and surgery.
- Reside in or near the Matanuska Valley within a reasonable distance of the hospital.
- General computer knowledge and secure communication technology proficiency.
