Founded in the UK in 2019, we’ve grown into one of Europe’s leading Maritime Software recruiters and launched our North American expansion in 2024 with a new Tampa office. Now, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to drive new business in North America.
Are you a driven Business Development professional with experience in recruitment? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact roles where you can directly influence growth?
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the maritime tech and commercial shipping sectors
- Set up meetings and pipeline opportunities for our Founder
- Onboard new vacancy searches and develop long-term client relationships
- Leverage your recruitment industry experience to uncover and capitalize on hiring needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in BDR or 360 recruitment sales roles
- Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and open doors
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, persistent, and results-driven
- Understanding of recruitment processes and client engagement strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot, SourceWhale, MailChimp)
Compensation & Work Setup:
- $22 per hour + commission incentives
- Part-time (2-3 days per week)
- Hybrid role – work remotely and from our office in Wesley Chapel, Tampa
