About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Legal Investigations to join its Investigations Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal investigations related to a range of policy violations, including fair employment, compliance, regulatory, integrity, and information security. This role requires a professional with a strong background in workplace-related investigations, including planning, conducting interviews, and reporting findings in a corporate setting. The VP will also be involved in managing a large caseload, handling sensitive employee relations matters, and working with various internal stakeholders to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the investigation process.
Applicants for the VP, Legal Investigations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years' of direct experience in managing employee relations. A background in financial services, law firm, or another corporate setting is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in labor and employment laws.
