2Jordana Cosmetics was purchased by Gryphon Investors. Unfortunately, after Gryphon took over almost 1 year ago the board members have shown how much they don’t care of the employees at the lower levels. They have relocated Milani cosmetics (Jordana cosmetics sister company) all the way to Culver City. They only care about the business part not it’s employees. The “Bonus” given to the employees (in mid April at that) was as low as $40. It was a big slap in the face compare to all the hard work we have accomplished. They tend to care only for the executives and the highest paying employees. Gryphon Investors are the worst!!!
3.9Bringing in more professionals so that proper staff inside can be trained & I can produce more sales for the company outside. I wear many hats for this organization and am not allowed to grow on the outside because the staff inside does not have the appropriate skills set to manage both back office and outside sales.
