3.7JPMorgan has incredible people working for them. Their size provides structure that is very beneficial to individuals starting their careers. There are always openings across the company allowing for internal movement and career growth. Unfortunately, employees who have spent numerous years in the organization will more than likely not be compensated properly and thus become demotivated impacting production or simply leave. Additionally, JPM's size while providing structure also produces bureaucracy that can be difficult to navigate and stagnant change.
