"Kaiser Permanente is an OK working environment. But the management of the organization seems to be operating about 7 years behind current development industry trends. At least the team I was working on. But according to the other coworkers I worked with that had been working for them for up to 15 years. This was a common issue. But if you are just looking for an OK place to work they are great. But if you want a forward thinking and exciting place to work. I don't think they are a good match."
