"Be honest with yourself and management as to whether you are truly up to the duties expected of the staff. Being able to keep calm and think clearly under pressure are a must."

"Late night hours (8pm-4am) can be taxing and sometimes interfere with other responsibilities. Also, there occasionally be social drama between coworkers that makes team cohesion a challenge."
