"Very little (to no) room for advancement; office politics seemed to inhibit growth of not only the employees but the company itself; will explain in more detail in person"

"I believe it is vital to a companies success that management be very well aware of it's employees aspirations and goals, as well as their level of satisfaction in their current positions. Keeping an open ear and an open mind to new ideas is also essential."
