"This is a great company if you want an adventure. The work hours are flexible and you alone are responsible for mission success. For those who can manage their time, this company is perfect. Also the rating warrants three stars because of deployments to Afghanistan. If you get a stateside only position, I'd give it another star, but living in Afghanistan definitely is worth of rating the work place setting as poor. Its not the people, they are dedicated.
