I think it is one of the most satisfying things you can experience to know you are good enough at something to help others to learn it.What I didn't like is that sometimes people expect you to know everything, and also sometimes there are lots of people that need help and I'm only one person trying to help them all. It can get a little frustrating at times."
"Oh it is very good job. It is fun to work as a lab assitant. Providing people and supporting they with technical computer issues is fun. The only thing I hate about the job is it is part time and I am a software developer."
"The pay at UTSA is less than I deserve for the work I do. I started as Lab. Assistant on $800 per month, and after two years I'm now paid $1,000. If my title were engineer I am sure I make up to $2,000, other thing is in UTSA they treat me as student so I make less than if I work in a company."

"I don't know what I don't like working at the company. I am very flexible, I can work anywhere."

"I prefer plan first. I list what I will do and time it will take, from these I do the schedule for the all day work and do multiple tasks a time."

"Just be yourself. Your schedule must be flexible in order to get more hours."

"Very little room to grow. There were many budget cuts from the school, so it was difficult to get promoted. Also, hours were drastically cut."
