"In my experience, this company lacked competent management after the Laird merger. Management was scattered in different locations in different timezones, would call employees at extremely odd hours, and did not really have a good plan on how to build a quality product nor a fall-back plan. They became a customer of a silicon vendor which did not provide them with proper support, and this was their Achilles' heel as this component was vitally important to the product. When things fell apart, they blamed their employees rather than poor management decisions. I would not recommend working for them."
