4.7 Lamers is a very great company to work for, the employees in the office as well as the drivers are all very easy to get along with. Everyone watches out for everyone and all of management is very flexible and is willing to work with you. If there is an issue management is quick to resolve the issue as well as coming up with a permanent solution to this issue. The terminal manager is fair and just in any decisions she makes. She is very respectable and I love working with her.

3.9 I have worked for Lamers Bus lines for almost a year now. Due to the experience, I brought to the table, I was able to move into full-time work with them very quickly, which is unheard of for this company. They tend to work well with their employees, especially when family emergencies come up. Overall, I'd say they are a good company to work for.
