"I have worked in State farm one of the top insurance companies, had good freedom to explore and recognition for individual opinions. Lands End is a large international retail company, good experience in handling and coordinating with world customers."
"Great american staple, Lands' End is the type of company that makes you want to work there until your retirement. Although COVID-19 had a huge impact for the company (as well as any fashion retailer these days), I think the C-Level did a great job on keeping the company alive. The cuts (including mine) are no unjustifiable and definitely not something they are happy about. Undoubtedly, Lands' End will recover, as it did after Sears left it in shambles."
"I've worked at Lands' End since 2018. It is a great company with a positive culture and opportunities for growth. Apparel products are high quality and go through vigorous testing. That being said, the corporate offices could be located in a more convenient location."
"I have worked for Lands End for just under a year. While it is a great company that does care about its employees the position I am currently in does not stretch or use my diverse background and skill set as I thought it would."
"Lands End is not a great place to work. Upper management is only concerned with their own personal goals, and mistreat everyone below them. They constantly backtrack on all decisions, and blame everyone else when their decisions fail. I would not recommend working there to anyone."
