"The opportunity to train individuals was a great learning experience. The expectation of maintaining the same call numbers, and spread value while meeting with individuals some times 3 times a day is outrageous. Also to take a whole week out of your working schedule to go though the official training is looked down upon. I often had to stay an extra 4 hours every night (14 hour day) to make up for my missed time in my desk."

"Allow the recruiter a chance to have higher commission if the base salary is low. Don't try to make personal friends with the workers, then switch to boss mode if something happens. Have an established relationship and stick to it."
