"This company has many good points but it does not pay well, senior management changes every 2 years and it is difficult to keep the work force"

"The do not seem to care about support departments, often cutting people and expecting them to get more with no compensation"

"Stop treating support departments as expendable. Management staff needs to spend more time working within the day-to-day operations"
