"My experience was short, but interesting."

What do you like about working at Legacy Partners?

"Company has a great reputation in the industry. Several contacts commented how they are respected for their integrity and honesty, especially in difficult times - they always do what is right. Fruit and snacks in the kitchen which is helpful if you end up working thru lunch and miss the cafeteria opportunity. Very willing to approve requests that will increase productivity. Some very positive people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be honest and sincere. Integrity is very important. If you have the skills, experience and personality match, you will likely get the job. If not, it will come out after you get the job."

What don't you like about working at Legacy Partners?

"Not all employees are tech savvy and many don't really know how to use software tools effectively. It makes my job more time intensive basically having to de-volve my skills to interface with the way they do things. A few negative people whose bad behavior shouldn't be tolerated in a professional environment and really can deflate your positive attitude if you aren't conscious of it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate more with employees. Train employees regularly on the software programs they use. If you work with PDF docs, do a training on how to use Adobe Acrobat Pro so they realize they can extract and insert pages. Also, have specialized training for administrative support staff, as they have different needs than the average employee."
