"MANAGEMENT HAS TO BE ON TOP OF PERSONNEL AND PROJECTS THE COMPANY WAS INVOLVED. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO TRAIN ITS PERSONNEL TO BE READY TO OFFER THE BEST SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS, AND TO KEEP EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS WITH THE LATEST OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY."
