"Below average training. Little sales support. Extremely difficult to get your commissions which you've earned. Extremely difficult to get your expenses reimbursed. Members of senior management are very unimpressive. Poorly run company from the top to the bottom. Each center is run differently. No consistency, no real business model to speak of."

"Not locked up in an office. So you can go and interact woth different people"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"RUN AWAY- find another job Lincare is not worth the pain presented by the bosses. always negative on you! Never said a single thing good. In fact once they told me to go out and beg for O2 orders."
What don't you like about working at Lincare?
"Local management team, was promised when opened a local office I would get the manager job. However, when it happened they brought in someone else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"before you tell someone how to do their job, you may want to try doing the job yourself. She (the manager they brought in) was telling me how to do my job, however, she had never been in sales and she had never been in any sales training courses or schooling. She makes the office a joke."

"I enjoyed working with the patients, being in the hospitals and seeing the improvement in our patient's lives. The nurses and doctors were very nice to work with and appreciative of our service."

"Be prepared to work very hard, but enjoy the rewards you will receive when meeting a new family or doctor that knows how hard you work to take care of their family member/patient!"

"I felt for the amount of work that was put in, the salary did not reflect accordingly. We also did not have the number of staff at our facility that was needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggested to hire a full time nurse, they now have one. I also suggested a second driver, and I believe that will be their next hire. They also need to get certain insurance contracts in place that they do not currently have."

"Go somewhere else, there are other jobs available."
What don't you like about working at Lincare?
"The pay was terrible, the managers are very lazy and couldn't manage a fast food joint. Your numbers, no matter how good, were never good enough. The corporate goons, are extremely arrogant, they will not listen to anyone and they treat lesser employees like garbage. The facilities are terribly dirty and old. The worst year and a half of my life, I wouldn't recommend this job for anyone."

"Get a clue and listen, treat people the way you would like to be treated."
