"Its seasonal so dress according to the weather and save money, don't get comfortable living on site because you can be moved in as little as one month"

"Moves and transfers on a whim. There is a lack of communicatino and guidance from the corporate office to on site teams."

"Implement a family oriented atmosphere, allowing more vacation time and functions for employees to spend with their family. Also, touring the communities more often so they have an idea of what is happening with their employees on a day to day basis."

"I had a great staff and we all worked hand in hand with each other. I think that is important to the success of the property."
