"The management should bind a stronger team work to achieve company's objective. e.g by setting up Six Sigma management to achieve better bottom line for the company"

What do you like about working at Lisi Aerospace?

"Employee benefit is good, plus bonus at year end. Hiring worker with experience and education. Great safty and enviromental program. Upper management is working hard and has great leadership skills"

What don't you like about working at Lisi Aerospace?

"lower supervisors have lack of experience on manufacturing (may good at service,..) need to be train on daily operation and leader jobs"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Training for lower level of managers"
