"There is a lot of in fighting in the mid level management, but resolved at the end."

"Since the Shuttle project is gone, I would say to Lockheed to continue what they are doing."

"Being my first job from college, I was fortunate that everyone was nice and helpful."

"It is not too formal, laid back attitude and well work schedules are nice."

"Make sure you show them that you are very talented at what you do, they try to get top talent so if you're talented and eager to work at a government contracting facility you may get the position."

What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"Too much politics, you are essentially at your position and you will not move, thus you become a bit lethargic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Too much middle management, need to lean management and promote talent and work ethics. I saw way too many people get passed up for promotions because there was already management for such positions."
