"I disliked the managing style. There was no direct line to the supervisor, so when problems arose, there was no one person you could go to to get direct answers on how to proceed. There was no growth potential."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage everyone the same. Make sure that everyone has the same standards and that your employees have your expectations and are not assuming."
